Along with a name chance, Ruby Mack got a new website. As a member of the band myself, it’s always harder to work on sites you’re connected to, but I’m quite happy with the way this one turned out. Sarah Addi designed the new logo, and it was a blast to pull the colors to match the site. Check it out below!

Introducing Ruby Mack! (Formerly Emma June Band)
Emma June Band has changed their name to Ruby Mack! Read what they have to say below:
From here on out we are Ruby Mack.
Our new name grounds us to our New England roots, specifically the Pioneer Valley where the four of us started playing music together. It references a sweet and tart apple that grows in our corner of the world, Ruby McIntosh, and takes on the energy of the precious ruby stone- brilliantly passionate, and fiery red.
Ruby Mack encapsulates both our unapologetic existence in an industry that was not made for us, and our commitment to vulnerability and softness.
Thank you to each of you for your support. 2020 has new music and new cities on the horizon, so keep an ear out!
We’ll see you real soon.
Love,
Ruby Mack

Evan Murphy (of Mile Twelve) Announces New Album 'Born Again Town' Out Dec 13, 2019
So thrilled to announce Evan Murphy’s (of Mile Twelve) debut solo EP, Born Again Town. The first single, “Sister McCarthy",” is out in the world and you can listen to that HERE.
This EP is a departure from his bluegrass roots moving in the Singer/Songwriter / Americana direction. Evan describes "Sister McCarthy," co-written with Evan Springstein, as "a hormone-driven protest song, delivered by a kid who’s being told to ignore every urge—right at the moment in life they’re arriving." It's a catchy and relatable song for all produced by Daniel Radin (of The Novel Ideas) with instrumentation by Isa Burke (Lula Wiles) on guitar, Nate Sabat (Mile Twelve) on bass, Sean Trischka on drum set, and Jackson Clawson (Pumpkin Bread) on keys.

New video from Emma Ayres: "Encyclopedia Of The Broken-Hearted"
Welcome Emma Ayres!
Loudmouth Pro is so pleased to announce we have officially signed on as Emma Ayres’ booking agent!
More about Emma:
Emma Ayres is an Azorean-American singer-songwriter. She calls what she writes: folk journalism. Like a magpie atop a shimmering nest of 27 years of stories, the cinematic reel of Americana inspired sounds leads the listener through an archive of familial memory, the high lonesome rasp of loves lost and won, and an unshakable political ethos. Like a dog howling at something you can't see but makes you bristle regardless, her music makes you stop… and listen.
Ayres’s passion for storytelling steers the helm of the song—she is releasing the much-awaited EP “Encyclopedia of the Broken-Hearted” in the late fall, recorded at Echo Base Studios and Produced by Nate Mondschein. She is currently working on a folk-opera about the socio-political history of the flooding of the Quabbin Valley titled: “The Water Project,” which will be performed in Spring of 2020.
Emma Ayres plays and sings in Western-Mass based projects EMMA JUNE BAND and OLD FLAME. Ayres’s voice has been compared to Lucinda Williams with the fire of Ani DiFranco and her lyrics call upon her passion for metaphor and mythology.
